  • Julie Hunter is an independent consultant working exclusively in the field of consumer research, policy and advocacy. For the past 20 years, she has collaborated with leading consumer and public interest organisations in the UK, Europe and beyond.

LLP is a limited liability partnership registered under the laws of the state of New York and authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA number Hausfeld & Co. LLP is registered as a data controller in the Data Protection Register of the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number Z1953172. Case Pilots Limited is instructed by the law firm Hausfeld & Co. LLP on behalf of Julie Hunter, class representative, who intends to bring a collective action on behalf of customers who have suffered loss and damage (the “Claim”). In these terms, Case Pilots Limited, Julie Hunter and Hausfeld & Co. LLP are referred to as “us”, “our” and “we”. We reserve our rights in all data shared with and by, and retained on, this Website.

Purpose of the Website

The purpose of this Website is to provide information about the Claim and to gather contact information from potential class members and interested third parties wishing to be kept informed of the claim's progress. At the appropriate stage in the proceedings, the Website will also collect information from class members wishing to opt out of the Claim and persons domiciled outside of the UK who wish to opt into the Claim at the relevant date.
